Our story

As I climbed the career ladder in finance and tech, I found that the closer I got to the top, the lonelier I became. I was the only woman and the only person of color in the conference room. I was plagued by imposter system and suffocated by the pressure that I felt to be the voice of women, the Latino community, and the minority community. This weight coupled with my work responsibilities compounded my sentiments.

Throughout my career, I worked with many coaches who were instrumental in helping me rise into the leader that I am today; however, not one of them was a person of color who I felt that I could relate my personal and professional experience to. So, I became that person for my friends and then my colleagues. Eventually, I left my corporate life to dedicate my career to empowering women and underrepresented minorities in business.

Natalie Guillen is an executive coach with 15 years of impactful global business experience helping companies including Google, PayPal, and Wells Fargo to define and strategically align their goals for greater results.

As a fierce, forward-thinking Latina female, Natalie has a record of creating success in male-dominated companies and industries. Natalie is particularly passionate about supporting women and underrepresented minorities in business and is dedicated to supporting them to find more fulfillment in their careers through focus on leading with courage, confidence, and authenticity. Natalie’s business experience and dedication allow her to fearlessly encourage businesswomen like herself to elevate their leadership and build inclusive high performing teams.

Natalie has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, professional coach training from the Co-Active Training Institute, and leadership certifications from The Leadership Circle.
